The High Speed Gear Tourniquet TACO is designed to retain most windlass tourniquets on the market. This tourniquet pouch is built to expand and contract like the rest of the High Speed Gear TACO family of pouches, in order to fit your needs and preferences.  A perfect fit for any High Speed Gear belts or our Core Plate Carrier.  MOLLE compatible for any existing gear you might have as well.  A nice addition to a larger IFAK or medical pouch for your kit.
